Khursheed Shah demands calling APC over foreign policy

ISLAMABAD: Calling President Mamnoon Hussain’s address to joint parliamentary session hopeless the Leader of Opposition in the National Assembly Syed Khursheed Shah said that the president read written speech. He also demanded calling All parties Conference to discuss foreign policy.
Informally talking to media at Parliament Househe further said that the president talked about the performance of the government that has done nothing for legislation in two years.
The president, he said, also talked about decline in interest rate but did not tell how it benefitted the people. There were also talks about cricket but if instead of all the matches played in Lahore there were matches also in Faisalabad, Karachi and other cities it would have been better, he added.
He said that there are no two opinions over Operation Zarb-e-Azb and Pak-China Economic Corridor project. Army Chief is our commander, people love him and when parliamentarians get themselves photographed with him it does not pose any danger to democracy, he added.
