MUMBAI: Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan complete three years as a married couple on October 16, 2015, and this time they had to spend it away from each other.
Kareena is currently shooting for R Balki’s Ki & Ka with Arjun Kapoor, while Saif Ali Khan is busy prepping for Vishal Bhardwaj’s Rangoon which also stars Shahid Kapoor and Kangana Ranaut.
According to a report, her onscreen hubby, Arjun Kapoor, and the entire Ki & Ka team played out an extremely heart-rending gesture and got her a scrumptious cake to celebrate her wedding anniversary.
