MULTAN: Veteran politician Javed Hashmi Tuesday said he was bound to submit his response to the show-cause notice served on him by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), following his statements that were dubbed by the party as ‘anti-PTI policies’.
Addressing a press conference here at his residence, Hashmi said it would be better if he is summoned to the PTI public meeting in Multan to get his reply.
He said how can a party be trusted if it takes 20 U-turns in 30 days.
Javed Hashmi reiterated his claim that Awami Muslim League (AML) leader Shaikh Rasheed was not really a ‘Shaikh’. He said people from Rawalpindi will endorse his claim.
He said in case Imran Khan had suggested formation of technocratic government in London he would have ended up in prison.
