ISLAMABAD: Information Minister, Senator Pervez Rashid Saturday said Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan groomed in the nursery of former president Gen (retd) Pervez Musharraf.
In a statement, Pervez Rashid said Imran Khan wants such a democracy where Parliament gets attacked and Pakistan Television (PTV) faces occupation. “If he had looked on his left and right, he would have known what the problems are,” he added.
He said first of all Imran Khan should respond to the allegations of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Arbab Shehzad. “What would become of a province whose Chief Minister has been sitting atop a container for over a month,” he regretted.
The Information Minister said Imran Khan should first identify the tax evaders in his party and then point fingers at others.
“What kind of leaders they are who stage sit-ins by using women and children as their shield,” he lamented.
