HAD SINDHI STAGED FREEDOM MARCH DRAMA HE WOULD HAVE BEEN DECLARED TRAITOR:NOONARI

ABBAS KASSAR
HYDERABAD:
Sindh National Party central leader Ashraf Noonari has said Tahirul Qadri and Imran Khan had made democratic system and national institutes hostage since last 2 weeks. These who talk of constitution, law and justice were themselves violating law and constitution. Had such drama shows like Imran and Qadri been staged by Sindhi or Baloch leaders they would have been declared traitor. He said Sindhi leader Sain G.M.Syed when demanded rights for Sindh he was declared traitor and kept in jail for whole life. An 80 years old Baloch leader when talked of Baloch rights he was martyred through bombardment. He asked from rulers and Punjab establishment as to demanding rights under constitution and Pakistan resolution was state enmity. He said G.M.syed and Akbar Bugti has launched peaceful struggle for rights but Qadri and Imran do not accept judiciary, parliament and constitution of Pakistan.Even Imran even announced civil disobedience movement in democratic peoples government then why he is not being declared anti state. He question is the word traitor invented for Sindhi and Baloch which was causing feelings of deprivation among oppressed nations. He said during this period neither Imran nor Qadri mentioned rights of Sindhis and Balochis. The Tsunami contains his burger families while Qadri has his spiritual followers. He said they reject such marches which have nothing for oppressed people. He asked Sindhis to struggle for their basic and constitutional rights. However he said the rigging in last elections was not committed inPunjab alone same was committed in Sindh also. He asked ruling to mend its ways or be ready to face Islamabad like drama.

JUSTICE PAKISTAN STYLE:MURDER FIR NOT REGISTERED EVEN AFTER 21 YEARS

GHULAM ABBAS KASSAR
HYDERABAD:
Pakistan is unique country in whole world where the victim families are denied justice for the reason of their belonging to poor class while the accused/culprit happen to be politically influentials as such out of reach of hands of justice. Allama Tahirul Qadri chief of Pakistan Awami Tehrik is on protest along with thousands of his supporters demanding registration of case of murder of his party’s 14 workers who were killed on 17 June 2014 at Model Town Lahore but by denying registration of case police has proved that it was not independent nor autonomous despite orders of sessions court and upheld by Lahore High Court. Unjustified reason with police is that country’s prime minister Nawaz Sharif, his brother Punjab chief minister Shahbaz Sharif are nominated in the case.

Such rather more worst face of Pakistan justice/police has been seen in a case of murder of Sadiq Chohan (then 24 years old) who was killed on 19 June 1993 in village Ali Akbar Shah in jurisdiction of police station Khairpur Nathan Shah district Dadu,Sindh. His father Khair Muhammad Chohan has been running from post to pillar for getting the FIR of murder of his son since last more than 21 years. For the same reason that accused happen to be influential persons: a landlord Saleh Muhammad Shah, police officer (SHO) Ghulam Rasool Siyal, police officer (ASI) Mehboob Jatoi and others. Khair Muhammad Chohan says being disappointed from the denial of police officers he applied to supreme court of Pakistan when Chowdhry Iftikhar was chief justice but he also denied him justice. He told that the killers of his son were threatening to kill him.
