Government and NGOs play role for empowerment of poor masses

Government and NGOs, Social welfare institutions are playing their role for the empowering & enlistment of poor masses through launching program including development schemes, providing basic needs at gross root level
According to a report, in an event, Deputy Director, Information Department Badin Mr. Sawai Khan Chhalgri while addressing to audiences during Ration Eid gifts amongst poor people at Primary School Peeru Lashari which was arranged by Local Government Support Organization (LSO) with the collaboration of National Rural Support Program (NRSP) Badin said that Government and NGOs, Social welfare institutions are playing their role for the empowering & enlistment of poor masses through launching program including development schemes, providing basic needs at gross root level. On the Occasion, Mukhtiarkar Taluka Talhar Deedar Nuherio, Assistant Mukhtiarkar and Taluka Officer NRSP, Ghulam Mustafa Umrani also was present. Later on ration & Eid gifts were distributed amongst poor people.

Deputy Commissioner Badin directs to all heads of relevant Departments to ensure presence at headquarters

In views of Monsoon rain and flood situation expected in Badin District, Deputy Commissioner Badin, Muhammad Rafique Qureshi has directed to all District heads of relevant Departments to ensure their presence at their headquarters and also not grant any leave to their subordinated Officers and their staff.
DC also directed to Health department to ensure availability of duty Doctors with ambulance and sufficient quantity of medicine in all over District and Taluka Hospitals to face emergency situation. He also warned to irrigation department to monitor their Canals day and night.
