KARACHI: Anti Corruption Court of Karachi has arrested former president of National Bank Najam-ul-Haq and Salahuddin in TDAP scandal case.
The court cancelled guarantees while giving orders to send suspects into jail for not returning the amount to court.
However, accused of corruption of billions worth from the national treasury, former Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani could not present in the court.
Anti Corruption Court gave orders to arrest former president of National Bank Najam-ul-Haq and Salahuddin from courtroom in alleged of corruption of 90 lakh worth.
As, both suspects didn’t submit the return amount in Sindh High Court.Whereas, court has adjourned the case hearing till February 25 after the guarantees of the suspects were cancelled.
