SIALKOT: Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif on Friday visited CMH Sialkot and inquired about the health of persons injured in Indian firing on working boundary and Line of Control.
At least eight Pakistani civilians including one woman and a child were martyred and 46 others were injured in firing and mortar shelling from the Indian side landed in different areas of Sialkot.
Mostly civilians have been affected by the attacks and many houses have been partially damaged in different villages including Umranwali, Kundanpur, Thathi Khurd, Thathi Kalan, Mahendarwal, Khanor, Jamal Jand, Dhamalan, Harpal, Anola, Harnawali, Dhol Malanay, Suhailpur, Salehpur and Nandpur were affected due Indian firing and shelling.
