LARKANA: MNA Faryal Talpur has ruled out the possibility of change in Sindh government, she plays role of bridge between PPP MPAs and government, it was wrong impression that she had been interfering in elected representatives are servants of people and answerable before the masses, they should address the public issues at their doorsteps, she expressed these notions addressing the public gathering at Sir Shahnawaz memorial Library Larkana after laying foundation stone ceremony of mega drainage project with cost of 1130.550 million here on Wednesday.
MNA Faryal Talpur said that all MNAs and MPAs of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) must set up camps at their respective constituencies and monitor development schemes and resolve their problems, she directed.
She stated that PPP government always served the masses without discrimination and provided jobs to educated youth on merit, criticizing on opponents, MNA Faryal Talpur said that whenever opponent leaders came into power they did nothing for the welfare of masses and neglected the public issues, present PPP government is following the vision of Shaheed Zulifqar Ali Bhutto and Shaheed Benazir Bhutto by providing basic facilities to masses, she said.
MNA Faryal Talpur said it was longstanding demand of Larkana people for mega development scheme to upgrade the drainage system of Larkana city, added that citizens will find no sewerage water on roads and streets, she claimed.
She deplored on performance of NSUSC Larkana, said that she had assigned a task NSUSC to drain out stagnant sewerage water but found no improvement.
To question about the difference between Co Chairman Asif Ali Zardari and his son Chairman PPP Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, she denied and said that there is no differences between father and son, opponents are spreading baseless rumors, she was optimistic that very soon Bilawal Bhutto Zardari will be in Pakistan.
Replying another question regarding leasing out of Sambara Inn Larkana to private man, she refuted baseless news items in this regard, Sambara Inn is our asset, it could not be given on lease.
Talking about the shortage of Petrol in country she said that it is beyond our wisdom, it seems a artificial scarcity of Petrol in this regard PPP has tabled requisition to call NA session to discuss on issue.
District President PPP Larkana MNA Muhammad Ayaz Soomro speaking on the occasion said that MNA Faryal Tapur has bestowed several mega schemes among drainage project, which was dire need to save road network, he said that all PPP workers always stand with MNA Faryal Talpur.
Commissioner Larkana who is also Project Director of this mega scheme also spoke and briefed to her about the ongoing scheme.
Earlier MNA Faryal Talpur laid foundation stone of mega scheme of up gradation of drainage system of Larkana city with cost of 1130.550 million, Public Health Engineering has executed scheme on 15 December 2014 will be completed by 30 June 2016
