ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Tuesday has granted ex-Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani a protective bail for one week in 9 corruption related cases.
According to the details, the petition was heard by Justice Noor-ul-Haq Qureshi, the court has ordered former Prime Minister to appear before trial court in five days, Farooq H. Naik.
He further claimed the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has lodged another case against Yousuf Raza Gilani and that he will approach IHC to obtain an interim bail in this case as well.
