Ex MPA Rubina Qaimkhani visits burnt victim

HYDERABAD: The former MPA for Women Development Rubina Qaimkhani has said that women are facing injustice in our society, for that PPP has made legislation and are trying to implement it. She said there is a particular mindset that is forcing women to face injustice.
This she said while visiting Shiza Rajput at Civil Hospital, Hyderabad, on Saturday, who was thrown in fire by her husband.
Ms. Qaimkhani said that injustice is done to Shiza and the culprits would be arrested at every cost, Shiza had given statement against her husband and brother-in-law, but she has been pressurized to change her statement.
She said that the investigation is ongoing, if Shiza has changed her statement under pressure or she is being blackmailed, yet the culprits would be punished.
She said that Sindh government would bear all the expenses on Shiza’s treatment and instructed the MS to immediately install air conditioner in her room.
