Dropping money laundering case against MQM chief failure of Govt.: Khursheed Shah

SUKKUR: Leader of the Opposition in National Assembly (NA) Syed Khursheed Ahmed Shah said that dropping of money laundering charges by London Police against MQM founder is the failure of Pakistan’s federal government.
The opposition leader was talking to media in his native city of Sukkur on Friday.
Khursheed Shah said that Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N) has had tussle with the judiciary whenever it has come into power.
He claimed that PML-N government doesn’t follow the court orders and always give a tough time to the judiciary for enforcement of court rulings.
The opposition leader stated that the government has imposed ban on a journalist of a renowned English newspaper to hide its mistakes. He said that placing restrictions on media by the government is acting like a monarchy.
He also said that the government of Sindh is working to cancel the quotas of the MNAs and MPAs in government jobs.
