Dissimilar timings of local Govt body polls in Sindh is pre-rigging of polls: Asdullah Bhutto

Former MNA, & Vice President, Jamaat Islami Pakistan, Asdullah Bhutto have condoled with Dr Zulfiqar Mirza on demise of his father, Late Justice Zafar Hussain Mirza at farm house Morjhar meanwhile, former Speaker, NA, and MNA, Dr Fehmida Mirza and MPA, Barrister Hassnain Mirza were also present. While talking with Media at Press Club Badin, Mr Bhutto told that sitting Govt while dividing the schedule of local Govt body polls into three parts in Sindh commenced the pre-rigging of local Govt body polls adding he said, when in one day election could done throughout the country, than why not local Govt body poll holds on same day throughout the Sindh. Moreover, he said that Badin district is rich with natural resources but Govt deprived the people from their basic rights adding he said that accountability should be done of all even Army officers too and it should be done without cast and creed, influence, unbiased & impartial.

Furthermore, he said that common people should not cast their vote in favor of the corrupt and criminal people adding he said the peace of Karachi reflects the peace of whole country. He alleged that during ongoing operation in Karachi, thousands persons and criminals have been arrested but no once produced in the courts. He demanded that arrested people should be bring into court as prompt justice should be done by courts. On the occasion Ghulam Rasul Ahmedani, District Ameer, Jamaat Islami, Allah Bachayo Halipoto, General Secretary, Jamaat Islami Badin and others workers were also present.

LARKANA:
Principal of private school Larkana died and another person injured in road mishap near Tando Masti on Monday.
The heads of car and vain collided near Tando Masti resulted in death of Abdul Majeed Tunio (60) resident of Shaikh Zaid Colony Larkana and left injured to his accomplice Moinuddin Chandio, they were coming to Larkana when they met with road accident.
The dead body and injured were shifted to local hospital and handed over to his heirs after the medico legal formalities, deceased Abdul Majeed Tunio was Principal and owner of private school at Shaikh Zaid Colon Larkana.

05 INDEPENDENT, 03 PPP CANDIDATES UNOPPOSED

In order to participate Local Government (LG) Elections in this regard 1560 peoples have submitted their nomination forms to contest LG Election total 143 candidates have filed nominations papers against 55 District Council seats, for 220 seats of Union Councils there are 387 candidates, for 30 Municipal Committee seats, there are 346 candidates, 175 candidates are in the run against 32 Town Committee seats, for a110 seats of Chairman and Voice Chairman, 126 candidates each filed their nominations papers respectively here on Monday.
According to details Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) candidates with contest Local Government (LG) Elections with Pakistan Muslim League-Functional (PML-F), Jamiat-e-Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F), Jamiat-i-Islami (JI), Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N), Pakistan Tehreek Insaf (PTI) and Independence candidates.
The political parties have been issued tickets to their candidates.
Meanwhile, Independence candidates (who are affiliated with Jatoi group) unopposed in five Union Councils (UCs) including Union Council Shabbir abad where unopposed to District Council Ameer Ali Jatoi, as a chairman Muntazar Hussain, Voice Chairman Hyder Bux Jatoi, Union Council Chaman Sukhpur where unopposed to UC Chairman Abdul Fatah, Voice Chairman Muhammad Khan, Union Council Garhi Tegho where unopposed to UC Chairman Irfan Ahmed, Muneer Ahmed and Ghulam Rasool, Union Council Kot shahoo where unopposed to District Council Mahdi Khan Jatoi, UC Chairman Wazir Ali Jatoi, Voice Chairman Sajjad Ali and Union Council Bijarani where unopposed to Chairman Ahmed Nawaz Khan, Voice Chairman Gul Hassan Khan.
According to spokesperson of Shikarpur House (an old name Jatoi House), Zahid Pahore said that above mentioned candidate have unopposed because neither political nor other candidate was filled the form to contest LG Election against them.
Besides three Union Councils have been swept by Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) including Union Council Ali Bahar where unopposed to Chairman Mir Murad Bhayo, UC Jahan Waah where unopposed to Chairman Raja Khan Pathan, UC Hamayoon where unopposed to Chairman Mian Abdul Baqi and Dur Muhammad Sadhayo.
Mir Babal Khan Bhayo the District President Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Shikarpur told to this correspondent that party disciplinary action would be taken against those party workers who will contest LG Elections against party ticket holders adding more PPP is a national party and candidates will win the LG Elections with the larger support of the votes, after winning LG Elections the candidates of PPP would serve to betterment of people and I am giving congrats those party candidates who have unopposed
Furthermore, PPP Shikarpur chapter is not facing any differences and very soon I would be between the masses.

A NOTORIOUS DACOIT ARRESTED, AFTER AN ENCOUNTER

SHIKARPUR:
A notorious dacoit was arrested in injured condition while his three other accomplices were escaped away in the limits of Lakhi Ghulam Shah police station on Sunday late night.
According to spokespersons of police Nasim Bukhari has said that four dacoits were standing on the road near Kharos moor to commit a crime when who saw that patrolling police coming towards them, they opened indiscriminate firing, on retaliatory firing police manage to arrest a notorious dacoit in injured condition while his three accomplices manage to escape on taking benefit of darkness.
After identification dacoit identified as Ali Khan Magnejo son of Kareem Bakhsh who wanted to police in several cases including police encounter, road robberies and others which are registered separate police stations in district Shikarpur.
Police have recovered 222 rifle and good number bullets from the possession of arrested dacoit.
Injured dacoit shifted to District Headquarter (DHQ) Hospital Shikarpur for medical treatment.
Police have registered an FIR on the complaint of ASI Muhammad Nawaz Brohi at Lakhi Ghulam Shah police station crime No 85/2015.
Further investigation is underway.
