SHIKARPUR: The applicant Awais Ahmed Mahar of village Gujoo near Abido Taluka Lakhi Ghulam Shah has filed one criminal misalliance application under section 22-A(06)(iii)22-B Cr. P.C in the court of secessions judge / Ex-Officio Justice of Peace Shikarpur with the request to lodge FIR against police officials including DSP Javeed Jalbani, Ghulam Ali Brohi SHO Police Station Lakhi Ghulam Shah, SHO Ashique Ali Mahar, Allan Abbassi In-charge CIA Shikarpur, Waqeel Jaffari SHO In-charge Police Station Chak and other Police officials with the allegations that they had along with other police contingent had trespassed the house of the applicant and after committing highhandedness took away seven his relatives sleeping in the house were taking away forcibly in their officials mobile vans to Chak police station.
According to applicant Awais Ahmed Mahar that two persons were released by police after conducting judicial raid on police station Chak. While the other five persons including four women could not be recovered from the police station because of they were disappeared and were kept in wrong and illegal confinement at some other unknown places aimed at demanding the good amount of gratification to released the other persons.
The applicant has also demanded of the honorable court to direct SSP Shikarpur to appoint any honest police officer for fear investigation of the case and recover his relatives including four women from the custody of the police after the FIR was lodged in the book 154 CRPC.
