LARKANA: The Deputy Commissioner Larkana on Wednesday paid surprise visit of different government schools of Naudero town Taluka Ratodero and found insufficient facilities and ghost staff , DC directed to concerned education authorities to ensure the availability of teachers and other staff for imparting the quality education.
The DC Larkana Ghanwar Ali Leghari also visited the Government High School Naudero, Government Main Primary School Naudero,Government Higher Secondary School Naudero, Government Primary School Matila, Government Boys and Girls Primary School Kehar, Government Girls High School and Boys Primary School Mahota and others, on the occasion DC found the several issues including shortage of teachers, furniture, non functioning science laboratories besides electric fans in different schools were out of order and students were facing hardship to combat with hot summer season, Deputy Commissioner also took notice of absent staff of various Schools among Headmistress of government girls Primary School Naudero and three other junior clerks of government girls high school Mahota and government primary school Kehar.
Deputy Commissioner Ghanwar Ali Leghari listened the problems of school administration and students and directed to local authorities for addressing their issues.
It is pertinent to mention here that several government schools in Naudero town have turned into the ghost schools including Bunbhatpur Middle School near Naudero is closed since past 8 years, besides government Sabu Kartio Primary School near Naudero which was recently constructed with cost of rs 2.5 millions, it has developed 23 cracks before handing over to concerned administration, besides several schools are deprived of basic facilities of electric fans and others.
