KARACHI: At least three 3 terrorists including 2 terrorists belonging to the banned Lashkar-e-Jhangvi organization were arrested by the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) during raids conducted in two separate areas of Karachi.
According to In-charge CTD Khurram Waris, terrorists were arrested during a raid in Jackson area. Waris informed that the terrorists Muhammad alias Jani and Muhammad Salman were involved in the case of firing on an Imambargah and numerous cases other cases of target killing.
Meanwhile a gangwar operative Adnan Dada was apprehended during a raid conducted in Lyari Baghdadi area.
According the In-charge CTD, the felon had murdered more than 30 citizens on linguistic basis after directing them off the buses they were travelling on. Ammunition was also recovered from the suspects.
