Court sentences Ahmadi worship place attackers to death, life imprisonment

LAHORE: A special anti-terrorism court on Saturday sentenced one man to death for an attacking an Ahmadi worship place in Lahore in 2010, while sending another to jail for life.

Accused Muavia was sentenced to death on seven counts, while Abdullah was sentenced to life imprisonment on nine counts.

The accused had attacked the Ahmadi worship place with guns and grenades, killing over 90 people.
