RAWALPINID: Custom Court Judge Rana Aftab has rejected the appeal to file a case against Miodel Ayyan Ali over money laundering charges on Wednesday and announced that money recovered from Ayyan is her property and has not been attained by illegal means.
As per details, Ayyan Ali has been acquitted of money laundering charges as the court has also justified the amount worth 5 hundred thousand dollars owned by her.
Rana Aftab reserved the verdict and rejected the appeal to file a case against Ayyan over money laundering which was filed by the custom officers.
The court has also announced that amount of money recovered by Ayyan is her property and has not been attained by illegal means. Ayyan Ali left the court in a pleasant mood.
