KARACHI: The Sindh High Court (SHC) on Friday has issued stay order over transfer of BIEK Controller Examination to Mirpur Khas.
As per details, court have issued notices to Chief Secretary Sindh and from others by asking to submit reply until October 13.
The applicant Imran Chishti has said before the bench headed by Justice Munir Akhtar that his transfer was made by putting the blame over corruption against Chairman Intermediate Board.
