KARACHI: The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Karachi declared Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain an absconder in a hate speech case.
As per details, civil line police today presented the callan in the court, saying that accused can’t be apprehended as he was living abroad.
The case was registered by Sindh Rangers spokesman Col Tahir Mehmood in March this year after a fiery telephonic speech of Altaf to his activist in Karachi from London, where he resides.
The court approved the police request, declaring MQM chief Altaf Hussain an absconder.
