Bagri community children deprived of basic right of education

President Hindu Bagri Itehad Larkana Munshi Ram on Tuesday said that despite having 14000 vote bank of Bagri community in Larkana city, their children are deprived of basic right of education and engaged in child labor, he expressed these notions addressing the Seminar at Nazar muhalla Larkana.

He said that his community is ancient inhabitants of Sindh and living since centuries, still their conditions are unchanged, even their children are out of schools and engaged in child labor while their people have been begging door to door to earn two square meal for their children but local elected representatives have failed to provide the job opportunities for people Bagri community.

Munshi Ram criticized on PPP local leaders, said that after 2013 general elections local MNA and MPA are disappeared from their respective constituencies and do not bother to meet their voters and mitigate the problems of voters.

Sawan Mal, Narain Das Mehraj and others speaking on the occasion said that ” we have set up the Sindh Matir Bhomi Bagri School at their locality and imparting free education for their community, but still no representative from district as well as from PPP even Sindh education minister Nisar Ahmed Khuhro whose residence is hardly few yard away visited the schools to encourage the teachers and students.
They announced that if their issues are not addressed, people of Bagri community would quit the PPP.


The citizen and local business men of Shikarpur staged a protest rally against increasing of power outage, unannounced load shedding and tripping at Rustam chowk on Tuesday.
The rally was led by Akbar Shar, Waryyam Ali Odho, Meer Asadullah Khan Phulpoto and more than hundred citizens participated in the protest rally.
Speaking on the occasion protesters has said that we are facing several hardships due to increasing of power outage, tripping and unannounced load shedding due to which we are bear heavy losses and our businesses are destroying.
While protesting people said that they are faced the worst situation of load shedding of 12 to 14 hours.
The residents of Shikarpur have demanded of the Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, Federal Minister Water & Power Khawaja Muhammad Asif and Abid Sher Ali, HESCO Chief Sukkur and other authorities to ensure uninterrupted supply of electricity in the region otherwise they threatened to extend their protest circle.
