Asif Ali Zardari, Bilawal Bhutto, Altaf Hussein other parties condemns Lahore Church blasts

Former president and Co-chairman Pakistan Peoples Party, Asif Ali Zardari, PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, MQM Qaid Altaf Hussain and other political and religious leaders have condemned twin bomb blasts near a Church in Lahore resulting in loss of innocent human lives.
At least 15 people were killed and scores of others injured as suicide bombers blew themselves up at the gates of two churches in the city. In a statement issued here on Sunday.
Asif Ali Zardari and other leaders in their statements said that the terrorists were targeting the worship places of all religions in the country, which shows they are inhuman beasts and needed to be eradicated through a unanimous national effort, adding that from schools to hospitals, mosques to churches, bazaars to shopping centers, civilians and law enforcing agencies, the terrorists have been targeting every sign of human enlightenment.
They also sympathized with the victim families and prayed for them and strongly condemned terrorists, they striking Churches are the same who have been attacking the mosques hence they should be ferreted out and punished with equal harshness.
President of Pakistan Christian Congress has also strongly condemned suicide attack on churches in biggest residential colony of Christians in Pakistan named Youhanabad in Lahore city.
As the Sunday services were in progress in St. John Church and Christ Church in Youhanabad two suicide bombers blast them on gates when security stopped them to enter in Church buildings.
According to hospitals sources in Lahore, when filing this incident then 15 were declared dead and more than 80 injured and being treated.
The suicide bombing attacks on Churches spread wave of fear and among Christians in Pakistan and peaceful protests were taken out in Peshawar, Islamabad, Multan, Faisalabad, Karachi and other cities.
Dr. Nazir S Bhatti, President of Pakistan Christian Congress PCC said that Punjab government not adopted adequate security measures for Churches that’s why this sad incident happened in Lahore.
“Violence is rising against Christians in Punjab province where incidents of burning alive Christian children, women and men happen on pretext to blasphemy law while setting on fire homes of Christians is matter of every week and culprits walk free on streets” said Bhatti.
PCC Chief said that Punjab is safe haven for religious extremists, terrorists and elements of banned outfits whom government Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz Groups PML (N) protects and call them their vote bank and never use iron hand against to protect religious minorities who are easy prey of these extremists who claim that Christians are infidels and liable to be killed.
PCC demanded fool proof security for worship places of Christians in Punjab and to arrest and punish culprits involved in attacked on Churches in Youhanabad Lahore.
