SHAHEED BANAZIRABAD: A special team of anti-corruption establishment Shaheed Benazirabad division has raided district Irrigation and Accounts offices Sanghar and taken record of seven years into custody for further investigation.
The team led by deputy director anti-corruption establishment Shaheed Benazirabad, I D Mangi and comprising assistant director Ali Akbar Brohi and circle officer Sanghar Inspector Muhammad Raees Khanzada conducted raids, said a handout of Sindh Information Department.
The team took in possession records of offices of irrigation department and district accounts office.
The action was taken on complaints regarding corruption in Drainage division Sanghar, Chotiari division Sanghar, Nara Canal Project Sanghar, Jamrao division Mirpurkhas, Mithrao division Mirpurkhas and Flood emergency development project, said the hand out.
