All issues of business and trade industrial communities would be resolve immediately

The Chief Minister Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah has assured the Industrialists, Investors and Business community for resolving their problems, providing full security, incentives and infrastructure facilities to ensure development and prosperity of the people.
This he said while addressing the Industrialists at SITE office Karachi, after inaugurating two reconstructed concrete roads made from the financial package of Rs 270 million allocated by him for this purpose today at site area.
The Chief Minister Sindh said that Industrialists, investors and Business communities were the instrumental sources of development as such Sindh Govt was much focusing to facilitate and provide congenial atmosphere to them.
He said that Karachi has its unique importance. It is hub of socio- economic and political activities. It has big industrial site of the country, with maximum job opportunities that according to him has attracted the influx from the other parts of the country. He said thus has not only the caused burden on its infrastructure but created civic and law & order problem as well.
He said that the most important problem of Karachi was law & order and added that Sindh Govt has taken serious and sever action against the terrorists, kidnappers and extortionist under the targeted operation with the help of Federal Govt and Rangers and considerable improvement has been achieved in this regard.
Endorsing the Zarb-e-Azab operation against terrorists, The Chief Minister Sind termed it right decision of the Federal Govt to convert the Pakistan a peaceful country. He said that he practically supported this operation and handed over Rs 50 million Cheque as financial Assistance to CM Khyber Pakhtoon Khuwa for providing relief to the IDPs.
He said that he had never stated that the any national having CNIC, will be prohibited to enter in the province but on the contrary he had said that Sindh to establish Check posts at its border to check the internal displaced persons moving from North Waziristan to Sindh Province Just to ensure that no criminal/terrorists could enter in the province by styling himself or themselves as IDPs.
Talking about the development potential of the Sindh Province the Chief Minister Sindh said that Sindh is contributing a lot for the development of the country & prosperity of the nation and added that, it to get its all rights provided in the constitution. He said that any development of Sindh to be considered as the development of country and nation. He said that some time back when he visited this area, the roads were in deteriorated condition but now same are re-constructed and facilitating to the industrialists and other individuals.
The Sindh Minister for Industry Rauf Siddique while talking on the occasion lauded the efforts of Chief Minister Sindh and sad that 2 , 3 year back he had provided Rs 1 Billion for the development of the industrial areas in throughout Karachi City. He also placed some development suggestions for the site Karachi. The renowned Industrialists and Ex Advisor to CM Zubair Motiwala while talking on the occasion suggested for providing share from property tax for the development of site Karachi.
However he lauded the Chief Minister for providing special package of Rs 270 million for reconstruction of the roads of site areas and said that because of reconstruction of these roads , incidents of street robbery has been eliminated. He said Karachi has big industrial state providing jobs to Five Lac people, Generating 30 % production of the country as such priority should be given to Karachi for development.
He also criticized on imposition of GIDE. The Chairman SITE Younis Bashir and consultant Shafi Mohammad Lakho, while briefing the forum said that complete reconstruction of 11 Km road and repair of 25 KM roads so far have been made from the financial package of Rs 270 million provided by CM Sindh.
They claimed that 3 tenders of this project were floated at 40% reduce cost as such more works were accommodate in this package.
