Alif Ailaan reveals only 3 out of 272 MNAs score grade ‘A’

Three awarded only ‘A’ out of 272 elected MNAs under collected data indicators of their constituencies particularly at 154,000 selected schools by Alif Ailaan on national level.
A national level organization Alif Ailaan has revealed midterm report card of MNAs total of 158 Constituencies against possible indicators between highest grade ‘A+’ and the lowest is ‘E’ at their respective constituencies since 2013 elections.
According to received data with Daily Times, there are only 3 out of 272 MNAs they have got ‘A’ who could claim real support for improving education outcomes in their constituencies among PML-N Dr. Sheraz Kharal of constituency NA-137 Nankana Sahib-III, The MNA of MQMSyed Ali Raza Abidi constituency NA-251 KARACHI-XIII and PkMAP Abdul Rahim Mandokhail in constituency NA-260 Quetta-Chagai-Nushki-M told official spokeswoman of Organization.
Hina Ali told that Alif Ailaan’s has designed such data from Academy of Educational Planning & Management (AEPAM) of 154,000 schools from across Pakistan. According to the report awards National Assembly Parliamentarians in four indicators for education, school facilities (boundary wall, water, electricity and toilets,) gender parity (boys to girls ratio and girls to boys ratio), student to teacher ratio and retention.
She further told that Alif Ailaan has gauged every MNA and MPAs through the performance of their respective constituencies since the 2013 elections against four indicators for education including the school facilities, gender parity, student to teacher ratio and retention and awarded grades in each category, as well as an overall grade to each MNA, each MPA and the assemblies.
The highest possible grade is ‘A+’ and the lowest is ‘E’. Grades do not reflect the state of education in a given constituency, but rather the demonstrable change in each constituency since the 2013 election Hina told.
Hina Ali Media Manager AlifAilaan shared reports about total of 158 Constituencies in country, as per provincial data with Daily Times, Balochistans’ 14 constituencies, KPK 35 Constituencies, Punjab 148 and Sindh 61 were reviewed and compiled the data accordingly.
Similarly regarding the indicators of Political Parties involvement and actions Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf total 24 seats among 17 in KP, 6 in Punjab and 1 in only Sindh, Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz total 142 seats among 5 in Balochistan, 6 in KPK, 129 in Punjab and 2 in Sindh. Jamiat-Ulema-e-Islam-F: total 8 among 4 in KPK, 4 in Balochistan. Independent candidates were total 5 all were in Punjab and Pk-MAP candidates total 3 are belongs to Balochistan.
Pakistan Peoples Party total of 37 seats among the 34 in Sindh and 3 in Punjab
Mutahida Qaumi Movement total of 19 all in Sindh constituencies were found the indicators and standards set by the organizations.
There are 61 constituencies of National Assembly have been awarded negative marks, none of these were negatives from Punjab but 3 from Balochistan, 8 from KP (Maulana Fazl-ur-Rehman and the rest 50 from Sindh among 13 Karachi constituencies reports told.
Similarlay in Sindh there are 30 constituencies they belong to PPP and 13 constituencies of MQM, 4 of PML (F) among 1 each belongs to National Peoples Party and PML (N) and PTI (Dr. ArifAlvi). As pepr report, KPK 4 belong to PTI, 2 from JUI-F, 1 each from PML-N and ANP, while in Balochistan 2 constituencies of PML-N, and 1 to JUI-F.
According to the report card, out of 258 constituencies 197 were positive, while a smallest improvement shown in Hyderabad (Sindh) by MQM constituencies. Regarding he negative marking 191 constituencies were awarded biggest fall given particularly to NA-191, Bahawalnagar, PML-N at 21 points and NA-25 (DI Khan-cum-Tank) at 20. Balochistan constituencies negative marking 11, KPK 31. Punjab shows 119 and 30 from Sindh.
Further the details of constituencies 11 in Balochistan among 3 of JUI-F, 5 to PML-N, 2 to PkMAP (including Mehmood Khan Achakzai) and 1 belongs to Balochistan National Party, similarly 31 of KP, 15 belonged to PTI. In 119 Punjab constituencies only 5 belongs to PTI while 103 belonged to PML-N and final 30 from Sindh among 16 from PPP, 9 belongs to MQM and 1 each from PTI and PML-N report card said.
The biggest improvement was shown in NA-147, Rajanpur (Punjab), PML-N and regarding the retention marks details 67 of the constituencies have therefore scored positively, with NA-29 (Swat, Murad Saeed) and NA-210 (Kashmore) showing the most improvement at 41 and 39 points jump respectively. In Balochistan only 3 have scored the highest, belonging to 3 different parties, PkMAP, National Party and JUI-F.
The AlifAilaan also discussed various other data and marking about positive or negative on Gender Parity, Student Teacher Ratio and other concerned issues in various constituencies.
