KARACHI: The Chief Justice of Sindh High Court has suspended Qadir Bakhsh Dahri, Additional District & Sessions Judge Ghotki, with immediate effect on the ground of misconduct.
He has been directed to report to High Court and in order to draw the pay and allowances, during the suspension period as admissible under the Rules, a post of O.S.D. (B-20) has been created for the purpose.
The Chief Justice and the Judges of the High Court of Sindh have also ordered transfers and postings of Additional District & Sessions Judges, with immediate effect, in the public interest.
As per the order Muhammad Asif Soomro and Abida Parveen have been transferred from Naushehro Feroze and directed to report to High Court.
