KARACHI: The Sindh government has revealed in its scrutiny report of madrassas on Sunday.
According to the report, that 48 madrassas have connections with the terrorists organizations or terrorists. The report has been forwarded to the Inspector General of Sindh Police and Home Department.
The report said that there are 9590 madrassas in entire Sindh of which 6503 madrassas are registered and 3087 are unregistered.
“As many as 167 madrassas have been sealed of which 139 were sealed in Hyderabad and 28 in Shaheed Benazirabad,” the report said.
The report said that unregistered madrassas are under surveillance.
