WASHINGTON: US President Barack Obama has described North Korea’s nuclear test, as a grave threat to regional security and to international peace and stability.
In a statement, he said this provocative and destabilizing action of North Korea is poised to isolate and impoverish its people through its relentless pursuit of nuclear weapons and ballistic missile capabilities.
