IK reaches Raiwind, would deliver key speech

LAHORE: Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan has reached Raiwind on Friday to deliver key address to activists, staging protest there against alleged corrupt government led by Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif as a part of party’s series of demonstrations across the country demanding accountability of those in power.
Groups of PTI activists have converged in Lahore from different cities including Multan, Islamabad and Rawalpindi and many, as claimed by the political party are about to.
On the other hand, public is facing difficulties due to checkposts, round metallic wires and traffic jams.
Imran Khan will be delivering the key address to the proponents of accountability by evening.
Women, reportedly are equally enthusiastic and have been provided security by bordering their section with sheets of metal and deploying workers, armed with wooden rods.
