NACTA sets up helpline ’1717′ for terror-related complaints

ISLAMABAD: The National Counter Terrorism Authority (NACTA) on Monday established a dedicated telephone helpline 1717 to register the complaints related to terrorism.

The helpline has been set up on the directives of Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif.

The Ministry of Interior has appealed to all the citizens to remain vigilant of their surroundings and convey information on the
number in case they see any suspicious person or activity.
