ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar on Friday said that although there has been major progress with regards to intelligence information on the Shikarpur tragedy, however, no clear facts were still present at the moment.
While addressing the National Assembly today, the minister said that much progress had been made to identify the Shikarpur mastermind, however, since the finger of the suspect was barely recognisable, they were facing difficulties to obtain the finger prints.
Nisar went on to say that the whole world has felt the grief of the martyred and their families.
He further said that it is not possible that the Pakistani people forget such a horrific incident.
The interior minister also added that since the tragedy, there is highly consistent and valuable communication as well as coordination being carried out between Pakistan and Afghanistan.
