ISLAMABAD: Chinese President Xi Jinping will address the joint session of Parliament on Tuesday (today).
The session will begin at 9:25AM and the Chinese first lady along with a 60-member delegation will be in attendance.
President Xi Jinping’s address will be followed by Opposition Leader Khursheed Shah and Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.
The Chinese President will also inaugurate solar power system
of the Parliament and hold a group meeting with the Speaker National
Assembly and the Chairman Senate.
Sources have informed Geo News that the security of Parliament will be the responsibility of the 111 Brigade during the Chinese president’s address.
The joint session will be attended by chief ministers, governors, service chiefs, diplomats and other important personalities.
