ISLAMABAD: The anti-terror action committee of the Parliament deferred the issue of establishing military courts till Wednesday.
Sources said that most of the representatives decided to leave the decision to support or oppose the idea to their party leadership.
They were of the view that their party leadership would decide the matter during the All Parties’ Conference.
PPP leader Qamar Zaman Kaira said that different political parties presented their views and the recommendations would be presented before a meeting chaired by Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.
He said that all the parties decided that they would support the military to quell the menace of terrorism.
PTI leader Shireen Mazari said that Shah Mehmood Qureshi and Imran Khan would also attend the meeting presided over by prime minister.
