ISLAMABAD: State Interior Minister, Talal Chaudhry to be indicted in contempt of court case on March, 14, 2018.
This was decided on Thursday by Supreme Court’s three-judge bench , headed by Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan during hearing of contempt case against the minister.
The SC bench will frame charges against the leader of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) in the next hearing to be held on March 14, 2018.
It is worthwhile to mention that contempt proceedings against Talal Chaudhry were initiated after his derogatory and contemptuous speeches/statements regarding judiciary.
