ISLAMABAD: Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Justice Tasadduq Hussain Jilani Friday said that the country was facing different types of war in tandem.
Addressing a full court reference in honour of Justice Khilji Arif here, Justice Tsadduq Hussain Jilani said, “We are fighting the menace of terrorism and sectarianism and at the same time ethnicity and oppression against women and children.” He said it was our duty that we stand united like a pillar of the country.
Justice Tasadduq Hussain Jilani said that usurping the people’s freedom could not be allowed in war against terrorism on the pretext of national security and preservation of democracy.
