LARKANA: The High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Larkana has issued notice to PPP lawmaker MNA Mir Aamir Khan Magsi and 8 other respondents to appear before the court on 10th February 2015, allegedly occupying 20000 sq. ft. property land of Petrol pump in Shahdadkot city.
Petitioner Muhammad Shoib Shaikh resident of Larkana through his lawyer Ghulam Ali Samtio filed constitutional petition no 133 2015 with High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Larkana against Lawmaker and PPP MNA Mir Aamir Khan Magsi and also made respondent to Mashooque Magsi, Abdul Rehman, Municipal Committee Shahdadkot, SHO section Shahdadkot, DSP Shahdadkot, SSP Kamber Shahdadkot, DIG Larkana and provincial of Sindh through Secretary Local government and Secretary home department of Sindh on allegedly occupying the 20000 square feet of land of Shoib Petroleum Service established since 1983 at Qubo Saeed road @ Shahdadkot city.
The petitioner stated in petition that Qurban Ali Shaikh father of petitioner had got allotment of land 20000 square feet on lease of 99 legally from Municipal Committee Shahdadkot on 5 December 1983 for purpose establishment of Petrol Pump, Since then it has been operative with name of Shoib Petroleum Service for 31 years.
He said that on behest of respondent 1, armed men along with crane have damaged the installations and removed the oil tank and caused loss of Rs4.5 million and deployed their men and claimed the ownership of Petrol pump.
Petitioner prayed to Court that land of pump may not be given to any one on lease until the expiry of 99 years, direct the respondent 1 not to harass, humiliate, disgrace and threaten to petitioner and his relatives, reimburse the compensation regarding the damage done to petitioners property, direct the respondent 2 to cancel the so called illegal allotment and lease.
He also prayed to honorable court to establish the permanent Police Picket outside the Shoib Petrol Pump and give relief.
On the occasion Court summoned to 9 respondents among MNA Mir Aamir Ali Khan Magsi to be appeared before the court on 10 February 2015.
