ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court of Pakistan Thursday admitted for hearing a petition filed by Lahore High Court Bar Association (LHCBA) challenging formation of military courts under 21st constitutional amendment.
A three-member bench of the apex court headed by Chief Justice Nasirul Mulk would begin hearing on January 28. The other two members of the bench included Justice Gulzar and Justice Mushir Alam.
