LARKANA: Sindh Bachayo Committee (SBC) organized the Sindh Yakjhati Conference against the proposed division of motherland by MQM and its anti Sindh elements here at Nizami Labor Hall Larkana on Monday.
The conference was largely attended by representatives of different political and nationalist organizations among SUP, Sindh Tarqi Passand Party, JUI F, PML N, PPP, JSQM, SNP, Jamat e Islami, PML F, PTI and others.
On the occasion Sindh Yakjhati Conference unanimously rejected the demands of anti Sindh elements, speakers said that people of Sindh are against the division of their motherland be it on administrative basis, linguistic or economic basis. If any attempt is made, the 50 million Sindhis would fight against till last drop of their blood and teach a befitting lessen to the enemies.
They described the demands for separate Muhajir province a part of conspiracy to push the country towards state of emergency, said the Constitution does not allow creation of new provinces.
Speaking in conference SUP Chief Syed Jalal Mehmood Shah said that MQM has become isolated in Sindh province as well as in other parts of country, MQQ is making failure attempts provoke the Urdu speaking people to take weapons for division of Sindh, MQM is not representative organization of Urdu speaking people, he said..
He said division of Sindh is against the Constitution of Pakistan, alleged that MQM and the PPP intended to create hatred between Sindhis and Urdu-speaking people to uplift their plummeting popularity graphs, people, who demand the division of Sindh, would be consider as anti-Sindh elements and Sindhis would not forgive them, he said.
Dr. Khalid Mahmood Soomro of JUI announced tough resistance to those demanding division of Sindh and alleged that PPP was behind this situation.
Dr. Niaz Kalani in his speech said that JSQM will never tolerate the division of Sindh, sons of soils will sacrifice of their lives to safeguard the motherland and wipe out the enemy of Sindh, all people of sindh are united to protect the every inch of Sindh province, adding that new provinces would mean end of existing federation.
On the occasion Former MPA Haji Munwar Ali Abbasi, Qamar Bhatti and others also addressed the Sindh Yakjhati Conference.
