ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court (SC) on Monday has rejected adjournment plea of National Accountability Bureau (NAB) in Hudaibiya Paper Mills case against the Sharif family.
Hearing the case, Justice Musheer Alam said that there is no base to adjourn the case while NAB lawyer Imran-ul-Haq said that the NAB prosecutor should himself appear before the court.
Meanwhile, Justice Qazi Faez Isa asked the lawyer to not make joke of the court and warned him of launching contempt of court proceeding against him. All the cases are of high profile for use, he added.
