In a statement they said that an all parties’ conference should be convened by the political forces in the countries and try to find out some political solution of the ongoing unrest in the country which has threatened the economic sovereignty of the Pakistan. Fawad said that country has so far suffered the monetary losses running into hundreds of billions rupees as an outcome of 16 day sit in by the two parties and it seems that there is no end to it due to stubbornness of both the factions.
He said that not only democracy is being derailed and the nation is feared to face dictatorship once again if the stalemate was not cleared immediately. He said that export oriented industries in particular and all the industrial and trading sectors are facing sheer uncertainty while stock market has crashed already and foreign investment besides remittances from overseas Pakistanis have been halted, this has given a big blow to the national economy.
