ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif will chair an important meeting on Tuesday to review national action plan for countering terrorism.
The meeting to be held at Prime Minister House will be attended among others by Chief of Army Staff (COAS), General Raheel Sharif and DG ISI, Lt Gen Rizwan Akthar.
The Attorney General will give briefing to the participants on the legal and constitutional aspects in connection with the establishment of the proposed military courts.
Federal Ministers, political and legal advisers will also be present at the meeting.
A detailed briefing will also be given on the internal security issues and the steps being taken by the federal and provincial governments in this regard.
