Nations wants solution to persisting deadlock: Political jirgah

ISLAMABAD: Member of the political jirgah ameer Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Sirajul Haq talking to the media after holding a meeting regarding the deadlock among Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) and the government said political jirga has conducted 41 meetings yet and the nation wants a solution to this political crisis.

He said it is the responsibility of the jirgah to finish the deadlock and bring the stakeholders on the table for talks.
Second member of the jirgah former Interior Minister Rehman Malik said the stakeholders must together find a solution to this issue.

He said persistence of deadlock would lead to a political clash.
Another member of the jirga from Balochistan Hasil Bazinjo said the political jirga has reviewed the deadlock in the situation.

He further said India has made it to Mars and we are still trapped in sit-ins.
The sit-ins are adversely affecting the economy of the country, he added.
