KARACHI: Bahria Town chairman Malik Riaz on Monday has announced Rs 10 lacs each for the families of the traders of the Timber Market who were ran out of their businesses earlier due to a fire incident that engulfed over 100 shops.
The fire that was put out after at least 15 hours burnt down the godowns and shop owners only sources to earn their livings were burnt to ashes.
However, the generous Bahria Town chairman Malik Riaz who have been supporting people earlier also out of his humanitarian ventures has announced at least Rs 10 lacs for each family that fell victim to the fire in Timber Market.
Riaz has earlier showed his support with the flood affectees, earthquake affectees and the people who are facing malnutrition in Tharparkar.
