KARACHI: The first International Conference on Textile Industry will be held on February 28, 2015 at local hotel, Karachi, chairman organizing committee Muhammad Naeem Qureshi told to media men yesterday at local hotel.
He said this conference is being held in collaboration with Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP), All Pakistan Textile Mills Association (APTMA), Towel Manufactures Association (TMA), Pakistan Hosiery Mills Association (PHMA), PREGMA, PDMEA, PCMA and others, objective of conference is to promote exports, investment, technology development, social compliance, networking, B2B opportunities, energy efficiency and development of local technology, he added.
Naeem Qureshi said leading national and international experts,business leaders, high officials from TDAP, ministry textile, & FBR would deliver their speeches and presentations.
more over to recognize textile industry, textile leadership award will also be given to various companies on their best performance.
CEO TDAP S. M.Muneer, Dr, Ikhtiar Baig former adviser to PM on textile city and Ministry Textile, Govt. of Pakistan has assured their support for the event in a meeting held at Karachi to discuss arrangements of conference.
