KARACHI: An explosion in a gambling den killed one person and injured 15 others. The blast occurred in Karachi’s Malir Dawood goth area. Police say the grenade attack in Malir is related to the on-going gang war between different groups.
According to the initial investigation reports, a group named as Akbar Maliri attacked the gambling den of another group known as Baba Ladla group. Law enforcement agencies and rescue teams reached the site of the attack on report of the blast.
Rescue teams have shifted the injured to the hospital where they are being treated for their wounds.
