KARACHI: An anti-terrorism court in Karachi on Monday signed the death warrant of two convicted prisoners on death row after President Mamnoon Hussain rejected their clemency appeal.
Convicts Faisal and Afzal will be sent to gallows on March 05.
They were arrested in connection with murder case in 1998 with in the limits of Korangi police station and sentenced to death on July 20, 1999.
All the courts had rejected their appeals earlier and on February 20, the president also dismissed their mercy appeal.
Both the convicts belong to one political party.
