KHAIRPUR: Three accused of a murder get life imprisonment, fine of Rs one lac each by local court on Wednesday.
According to detail 3rd additional district and session judge Khairpur Sayed Ghulam Shah announced the judgment of a murder case and on proved the case convicted life imprisonment to three accused including two real brothers Irshad s/o Rasool Bux Thebo, Imtaiz s/o Rasool Bux Thebo and Altaf s/o Nandho Thebo and also imposed of Rs 100000/= Each in default payment the accused will undergo 6-6 months more in jail. The court also freed two alleged accused Nadeem and Akan Thebo as the case was not proved upon them.
The accused were alleged that they killed Naib Qasid of Shah Abdul Latif university Khaipur by firing near Wasan Petrol pump at national highway on 12-9-2014 over old enmity.

LARKANA: DIG Larkana terminated Head Constable of Gaheja Police Picket In charge and punished as quarter ghaat on misbehaving with Assistant Prosecutor General Sindh and apologized with him here at Sindh High Court circuit court Larkana on Wednesday.
According to details : Assistant Prosecutor General Sindh Muntazir Mehdi was going to Sukkur from Larkana in way near Gaheja Police Picket in charge Head Constable Hakim Kehar intercepted his car snatched mobile set and misbehaved with him on Tuesday, Chief Justice Sindh High Court took notice of incident and on the directives of Honorable Chief Justice, Justice Abdul Malik Gadi of Sindh High Court circuit court Larkana called DIG Larkana Sain Rakhio Mirani strictly shunted to him.
On the occasion DIG Larkana apologized with Muntazir Mehdi and assured to take action against the Head Constable by terminating his services and punish quarter ghaat for seven days with intimation to honorable court.

LARKANA: Hundreds PPP local leaders, workers, Polling In charges and agents of Taluka Sijawal Junejo district Kamber Shahdadkot took out the rally and staged protest demonstration in front of Mausoleum of Garhi Khuda Bux Bhutto against the local leaders of PPP Taluka Sijawal Junejo on ignoring ideological PPP old workers and allegedly selling jobs on money here on Wednesday.
A large number of PPP workers among those rendered their services in several general elections including 201`3 polls as polling in charge and polling agents in NA 207 constituency of MNA Faryal Talpur led the protest rally which started from Sijawal Junejo city which marching through various routes reached at Mazar of Shaheed Zulifqar Ali Bhutto and Shaheed Benazir Bhutto at Garhi Khuda Bux Bhutto where PPP workers by carrying the banners and portraits of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto and Bilawal Bhutto Zardari Chairman PPP were chanting the slogans of jeay Bhutto and Shaheed Benazir Bhutto and called for the removal of corrupt body Taluka Sijawal Junejo.
Speaking on the occasion PPP workers Mazhar Khan Mahessar, Dr Noor Muhammad Dinari, Dr Gada Hussain Magsi, Javed Leghari, Qamaruddin Brohi, Shams Bhutto and others alleged that President PPP Taluka Sijawal Junejo, Gada Hussain Gopang, General Secretary Ghulam Sarwar Bhutto and 4 Union Council Presidents have violated the party policy and sold jobs and contract works of several development schemes on money by ignoring the senior PPP workers and Jealas which is very deplorable
They demanded of Chairman PPP Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, Co chairman PPP Asif Ali Zardari, MNA Faryal Talpur, Chief Minister Sindh and Provincial President PPP Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah to take notice of matter, remove the corrupt office bearers of Taluka Sijawal Junejo and appoint honest and sincere PPP leaders in Sijawal Junejo, otherwise they will observe the hunger strike outside the mazar of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto at Garhi Khuda Bhutto after 27th December 2014.

KHAIRPUR: The Controller of Examinations (Annual), Shah Abdul Latif University, Khairpur has announced on Wednesday, that Viva-Voce Examinations of M.A (Final) English, Sindhi, Urdu, Economics, Political Science, Muslim History, General History, Sociology , International Relations, Arabic and Islamic Culture in Annual Examinations 2014 of affiliated colleges/centers of University at Sukkur and Larkana regions will commence from 29th December, 2014 onwards.
The timetable has been sent to the all affiliated colleges. The candidates are advised to appear in Viva-Voice Examinations as per schedule.

KHAIRPUR: The Chairman, Department of Teacher Education, Shah Abdul Latif University, Khairpur has announced on Wednesday the scheduled of Pre-Entry Test for admission in B. Ed Extension (Two-Year Program) will be commenced on 07th January, 2015 at 10 am sharp at the Faculty of Education, Shah Abdul Latif University, Khairpur. All ADE passed/appeared candidates are advised to appear in the test.

Shikarpur, Dec 24: The anti-terrorist court shikarpur had awarded the punishment to three accused including Asadullah, Imdad Ali and Muhammad Yousif all by caste is Bhatti for life impressments and the fine of rupees one lac each. While on the defaulting in payment of fine money the accused will have to suffer six months more imprisonment.
The accused had kidnapped Noor Muhammad Khoso of 18, from the jurisdiction of Thull police station of district Jacobabad in 2007 and they shot dead the kidnapped Noor Muhammad Khoso when the parents of deceased failed to pay rupees 1.00 million as a ransom money demanded by the accused / kidnappers.
On the complaint of Faiz Muhammad Khoso the uncle of the deceased Thull police arrested the accused and challaned in the ATC Shikarpur for trial.
