RAWALPINDI: General Raheel Sharif, Chief of Army Staff (COAS) visited Headquarters 4 Corps Lahore today. COAS was given detailed briefing on professional matters and operational preparedness. Later COAS also addressed the Garrison officers focusing on internal and external security situation in the country and ongoing operation Zarb-e-Azb, Intelligence Based Operations and their effects on law and order situation in Urban centres.
Earlier on his arrival, COAS was received by Lieutenant General Naweed Zaman, Corps Commander 4 Corps.
