KARACHI: Sindh High Court approved 3 days security bail of Dr Zulfiqar Mirza on Monday. Sindh High court division bench consisting of Justice Naimatullah Phulpoto and Justice Abdul Malik heard the application submitted by Zulfiqar Mirza’s lawyer Barrister Mohsin Shahwani.
Zulfiqar Mirza’s lawyer stated in the application that the case registered in Darkhashan police station against Zulfiqar Mirza is nothing but political revenge. He said that the government has filed 13 cases against Zulfiqar Mirza.
Shahwani said that his client did not threat anyone or asked his guard to open fire on police while recording his statement. Court approved the security bail of 1 lac for 3 days.
