ISLAMABAD: Central information secretary, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Shireen Mazari Saturday said her party’s MNAs will be appearing before the Speaker National Assembly on October 29 for the verification of resignations.
Talking to media representatives, she said a letter from the Speaker calling the PTI MNA’s who had tendered resignations to appear before him on October 29.
She, however, clarified that PTI’s provincial lawmakers will not step down from the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly.
On PTI’s ongoing sit-in in Islamabad, she said the party will decide about the timings of the Chairman Imran Khan’s address during the month of Moharramul Haram.
